Meet the Team

Danielle IronsDanielle Irons

Danielle brings over 8 years of marketing experience to the table. She is the founder and CEO of DRT Communications, which began operations in July 2008. The company was developed because of an increased demand on Danielle to offer freelance guidance for companies and individuals on strategic marketing planning and public relations development in 2007. It became essential to offer her services to her current and prospective clients on a full time basis to ensure the highest level of service.

Outside of her company, Danielle is an avid philanthropist and mom. We here at DRT love her for her firm yet flexible and approachable leadership style and appreciate everything she's taught us in the world of PR and communications.

Gabrielle MillerGabrielle Imani Miller

Armed with a BA in Media and Communication from the University of the West Indies Gabrielle Miller plans to save the world using this and whatever other resources she can find. With this in mind she has an array of experience in various fields under her belt. Despite specialising in print and online journalism while still at school, fate propelled her into the world of public relations through DRT Communications Limited where she is currently Communications Officer.

Outside of work Gabrielle can either be found at dancing or reading a book somewhere. The biggest bookworm you can find, she is guilty of keeping her boss up all night long with a good book recommendation. She is also a long time member and lead dancer of the Company Dance Theatre led by Artistic Director, Tony Wilson and practices ballet with Elizabeth Vickers, consistently earning the highest marks in the island in all ballet examinations.

Stephanie LumleyStephanie Lumley

A self professed foodie, Stephanie Lumley is a Senior Communications Officer at DRT Communications. Eternally curious by nature, we usually refer to her as our resident "nerd" or on a scale of 1 to Stephanie when it comes to research. She joined the DRT team in November 2013 bringing her business background experience. She also assists with the social media needs of our clients.

The Holy Childhood High alum is an island girl through and through with a special love for coconut water and passing her days on the beach. In the future she hopes to become the quintessential PR professional and has a special interest in Crisis Communication.


Diahnn Patnelli Diahnn Patnelli - Corporate Services Officer

Diahnn Patnelli joined the DRT team with a 17 year professional background from two diverse sectors - finance and communications. She served as an investments officer for several years, and subsequent to receiving marketing training through the Jamaica Institute of Management and the Chartered Institute of Marketing she crossed industries, stepping into her role as Media Manager at CGR Communications and Whistling Frog advertising agencies. Her experience in client services in both industries, combined with a keen interest in analysis had prepared her to function as Corporate Services Officer for DRT’s Media Monitoring service.

She is currently pursuing a CAM Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing (Metrics and Analytics) with the University of Cambridge. Diahnn likes to teach, encourage and mentor youths, she is also Editor for Designer Girl Magazine - a values-based publication for teen girls.


Mickael GrahamMickael Graham - Media Monitoring Officer

Our Media Monitoring Officer Mickael Graham, brings to our team of professionals dynamism and diverse knowledge. Mickael holds a BSc in International Relations, Spanish, and Economics from the University of the West Indies, where she obtained her qualifications as well as garnered the experiences necessary in propelling her career.

Mickael brings a wealth of customer service experience to our organisation as well as keen organisational and interpersonal skills saturated with her exemplary research abilities. During her time at Air Jamaica Reservations, Mickael was able to build on her customer service skills, as well as master the art of navigating the airline industry. Soon after, Mickael embarked on her new journey as Assistant to the Planning Officer at the UWI in the Office of the Campus Principal and subsequently as a Freelance Researcher. As a Freelance Researcher she was able to tailor her researches to suit her clients’ needs, thus remaining loyal to her mantra “the customer is the heart and soul of every industry”.


Shainee Myles Shainee Myles - Executive Assistant

With over ten years comprehensive experience in administration, employee benefits, payroll and human resource, Shainee is a natural organizer with strong interpersonal skills. She has worked with major companies in Jamaica and has experience in interacting with local and international companies around the world.

Shainee is a Certified Administrative Professional thru the International Association of Administrative Professionals based in Missouri, USA. She also possess an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration, Diploma in HRM and is currently reading for a BBA in Administration and Information Systems.

Shainee is an avid member of Optimist International where she has served in several capacities in her club, Sunset Optimist Club of Kingston, including: Director, Community Service Chair and Membership/Fellowship Chair.

For Shainee the sky is not the limit because beyond that there is the whole universe. She believes in having fun and loves going to the beach and exploring the country.
